Culture and Design
Laid on a plot area of 27000 sqm, Cultural Center Project has been Designed to serve the city of Irbid, where is no similar project exist on the same city with a ground built up area of 10000 sqm with a total floors area of 25000 sqm.
The Cultural center is composed of :
1- Theater of 5000 sqm ground area, 2 floors of amphitheater with a capacity for 2200 person, back of house, towers and administration tower.
22 m stage width and 28 m height, back attached with actors facilities, Rooms, Cafeteria, Rest rooms, dressmaking, tailoring and back of stage.
The theater represent the city plazas, we locate inside it restaurants, cafes, meeting places and seating areas.
The basement under stage is designed to build all the scenes and hang it up through openings in the stage floor.
2- Library ( books and magazines departments) , the library own all the required facilities with total built up area of 6000 sqm
3- Museum , 4000 sqm built-up area divided in tow high floors as an exhibition areas.
All the components of the project are tied with Aisles, Arcades, Area-ways , Boardwalks.
Healthcare
JAB Hospital
The hospital is designed with narrow "fingers" wings, which jut out from a core building, improving access to daylight and fresh air
Immar Hospital
The hospital is a general Care Hospital with the following departments:
1. 90 In-Patient Beds made of single and double occupancy rooms, with few Suites consisting of 2 separate rooms, and 2 bathrooms.
2. Operating Theatre suite to include 3 main theatres, and a recovery room, with 4 beds, with the support facilities.
3. ICU / CCU department, to include 6 beds, with their support facilities.
4. Obstetrics department to include 4 L/D/R (Labor, Delivery, and Recovery) rooms,
and 1 operating theater, 15 Newborn cots, and a 4 incubator NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), with their support facilities.
5. Accident and Emergency unit with 8 beds, a plaster room, a minor operating theatre, a plain radiography room, with their support facilities.
6. Outpatient Department to include 6 general clinics, 2 Obstetrics & Gynecology clinic, an ENT (Ear Nose & Throat) clinic, and an Ophthalmology (Eye) clinic, with their support facilities. One of the general clinics should be a Cardiology clinic, with a stress testing , and echo rooms.
7. Endoscopy Suite, including 2 Endoscopy Rooms, and a 4 bed recovery room, with the support facilities.
8. Laboratory Department covering Hematology, Biochemistry, Bacteriology, and Pathology disciplines, with all the support facilities.
9. Radiology department to include the following:
A. MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
B. CT (Computerized Tomography) Scan
C. Fluoroscopy
D. Plain Radiography
E. Ultrasound
F. Mammography
G. Bone Densitometry
H. Ortho pantography
10. CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department), with 2 Steam Sterilizers, and an ETO (Ethylene Oxide) Sterilizer, with all the support facilities.
11. Kitchen, with a staff, and visitors cafeteria, with the latter on a different floor.
12. Laundry.
13. Mortuary.
14. Pharmacy.
15. Administration Department.
The hospital is designed according to the British / European / American specifications, and should have Central Gas System, Nurse Call System, and specialized Air Handling System for the operating Theaters.

This project was designed to form a culture among school students, especially the elementary stages. Culture about the life of the pet and the culture of the environment in which they live and to see it closely and develop to concern the culture of animal welfare.
The land is designed according to the diversity of climatic and geological terrain of forests, desert, pastures, rugged areas and water that inhabit these animals.
When the student walks in this ecological park, through the organization of school tours sees this amount of environmental diversity and animal , and he see how they live and inhabit, these animals, after that he has a culture of love and care for animals .
Within the project class rooms for lectures and lodging housing for animals such as chickens rabbits sheep, goats, donkey and dog ..etc .
